    any one know what forestry companys are payiny for land? per acre,ive about 15 acres,tinking of selling

    generally prices range from €2500 to €3300 per acre.

    it all depends on the total area, quality of the land, access, location and a few other things.

    what county is it in? you should get it looked at to see if its suitable for grants first

    do Greenbelt buy land direct from farmers or do they only cover the grant work?

    green belt have a number of investors which will by land if its recommended by green belt and then they end up doing all the works. they'll look at it pretty quickly after you contact them and if its suitable it could be bought and planted before christmas. you would need at least 15-20 acres with access
