    My friday nights are mostly spent reading scienceblogs and having one bottle of cider.

    Also, there's some good bodies to follow on the twitter, frogblog keeps a list of irish science twitterati, http://twitter.com/#!/TheFrogBlog/irish-science-tweeps might be a good spot to start looking.

    NationalGeo every month for technology and a few other bits, Nature paper email (most of which I don't even open), the-scientist.com (or is it .net?) daily email and stuff people send to me..
