    Sticky brake caliper? See whether one of the front wheels is very hot after driving a bit. In the meantime, you could try pushing the car in neutral with the handbrake off - if it doesn't roll freely then the brakes are binding.

    Badly worn track rod end, inner tie rod or lower balljoint. All of these would cause what you describe.
