A big word of thanks to all who made the Triathlon in Dunmore happen today, my first time doing this and it was really well organised and the weather held up for most of it. A big word of thanks to all who made the Triathlon in Dunmore happen today, my first time doing this and it was really well organised and the weather held up for most of it.

The return leg on the swim was tough for me as a non swimmer as I felt like I was not going anywhere and thought the last red bouy would never appear. The switchbacks run from the beach up to transition was hard as was the start of the run after getting off the bike. Dirty dirty hill up to the school and church. But then again the course was the same for everyone. Got a great buzz coming up the slight hill to the finish with everyone cheering us home and nice to see the family at the finish.

Well done to all who took part and again to those who made it all happen for us.
