I bought 'screw in' sling swivels for my 10/22 off ebay. Fairly simple to put on, just drill small holes in your stock where you want the swivels, screw your swivels in tight agus sin é. Mine is wooden stock but dont see why it wouldn't work with the synthetic stock as well, even little instructions with it for what size holes to drill..

i was lookin at those in local hunting shop and the man said they might not work, but might be worth while so.did you put it directly behind barrel band, and was it tight for space?

Theres no reason why they wouldnt work like most other wooden stock guns have swivels in them from the factory and they are just screw in swivels, just make sure you drill the holes the right size and don't over-tighten the swivels. just looking at mine here and the front one is about 2 inch's behind the barrel band. I remember when i was doing it i had my haris 9-13 inch bipod and used this as a reference for where i wanted the swivel but same spot is probably grand for any size bipod.
Not sure between which bits you think it might be tight for space?
