Roof for a bay window (Limerick)

I recently got my house externally insulated and since I'm having trouble with the build up of rain water on the top of my bay window and want to get a roof fitted so that it won't flood my house!!

Regarding getting the roof fitted, what should I be aware of? I want a tidy job but it this possible as you will need to cut into the insulation to put in the flashing?

Also looking for an estimated price and someone to do it, some people I've asked so far said they haven't done that type of work before so didn't want to take it on. I have some prices from local "builders" and I'm not easily fooled:)

The area to be roofed is about 15 feet wide.

    Thanks

It's currently flat, I'm looking for it to be raised and sloped, as long as it takes the rain away from where it is at the moment I'll be happy. At the moment it looks as if it some type of plastering on it, the house was built in the 50's so god knows what they used for it:)

If its a straightforward membrane style roof (rather than tiles) then Paddy Treacy of Ashbrook is your only man.

They can put a membrane on a slope for you (as they did in our extension) and give you a good quality roof at a reasonable price.

They don't have a website so you will be looking for a phone number if you google

    Is this to the front?
    planning is probably required
