Second one gone in four years light use, its pulsating water anyone know where these can be repaired or know of a good DIY site.

I left this one in doors during the winter as I thought it was the ice that killed the last one, but they must be very weak in a certain area.

It might just be air locked, remove the hight pressure hose and turn it on.

There is a pressure valve / switch arrangement that turns on and off the motor, this often gets gunked up especially if someone has put washing up liquid into the cleaning fluid. Not too bad to strip down once you have torxs heads. Clean everything out, some silicone grease and re-assemble..

On the off chance that you have to replace it, take a look at nilfisk instead, the guys on detailingworld.co.uk swear by them and the reviews on Amazon.co.uk are very positive (many of which are from irritated ex-karcher owners)

It might just be an o-ring

Only getting to look at this again and the water is leaking through the base of the power washer is this an o-ring symptom ?
