The only phone number they display is 01805 / 711 117 - I tried + 491805 / 711 117 but that didn't work. Anyone know how to ring from Ireland?

    Thanks in advance,

    P.

sorry if my reply is a bit late , you have the number right , oo49...... good luck thou as they have the worst customer service i have seen in my life , no one will speak english to you if you call them , and if they do speak english they will not be helpful in any way .
this is how they treated me , i have spent a fortune on international calls , they r useless and i strongly advice against usin their services , based on my own experience with dealing with them and their un-existant customer service . STAY AWAY FROM HARDWAREVERSAND.DE this is how i review them

How did you call them ? I keep trying that darn number with the int. prefix and minus the 0 ofc but it doesn't work. I've tried finding a normal landline number but no luck

I could never get through on my landline. It always sounded engaged. Then I tried with my mobile and it worked, I thought they were polite and helpful on the phone

I have to agree that hardwareversand.de customer service is the WORST!

    My experience with them :-
1 - They sent me a second-hand monitor which is broke & without any monitor wires.
2 - Send the monitor back for a replacement & got no communication from their side.
3 - After 2 weeks, I contacted them & asked for a replacement monitor & they sent an email reply asking for my bank account info so they can issue a credit note. Note here: I asked for a replacement monitor not a refund. I stated I wanted a replacement and got no reply after that.
    4 - Repeat the above, 3 times.
5 - Requested for them to call me. 2 days now & got no call
6 - Send an email to all 4 of their contact emails & I'm now waiting. I'm closing to the 4th week now and I'm still trying to make progress with their crap service.

I hope people read this & I hope their business dies. This may sound cruel but they don't deserve our $ with this level of service.

If they want to credit you it means they probably dont have/cant get that monitor again. Emailing them over and over will do you no good, should have sent the bank info.
