Of course I did, but they'd have to order it in.
    I also tried scrap yards.

€3 something in the BMW dealer. Got one in Frank Keane's on the Naas road myself last month. Maybe a dealer near you is still open if you hurry up?

Why would you try and find one in a scrappy when it's so cheap brand new and readily in stock in any dealers???

It was €11-something for 3 of them (didn't bother haggling in there nice showroom!)

Yeah the parts dept is open till 5 on a saturday, but the parts dept guy was incredibly rude, ignorant, and very condescending - some Robert guy. He also gave me the wrong plugs at the start while he kept saying how he checked the chassis no. and there is only one type of plug for all cars. (even though I had the old one and the new one side by side showing the CLEAR difference) Luckily, the head of the service dept was there (he was friendly and helpful, we chatted for a minute) he sorted out the right parts.
And to top it off, the Robert guy gave me about 2 handfulls worth of coins for my change. But everyone else there was very friendly ect.

Interesting experience. I was treated very well and completely professionally in Frank Keane's. I guess the same as someone buying a brand new 7-series :)

    One doesn't forget these things...
