Not a hope im going to doc again though, as last time i went the amount on antibiotics i was put on, put me in hosp.

ill just have to suck it up

No kiddin'. I had annoying cough last year and was supposed to be heading out. I bought a bottle of the Benylin 2 & 1 jobbie, and took a slug of it before I left. A glass of wine later and my face was nearly in my pasta. Fuckin' roofied myself

Had lots of codeine in it as i recall..the recipe has changed now, but it was ever so much fun having a cough when you were a kid..:D

You can get addicted to any psychoactive, though I think DXM's absolutely horrible and I simply can't wrap my head around the thought of slugging several bottles of the sugary **** every day.

When I was a child my mother had to hide these medicines as I would just knock them back if I came across them!

I knew a lad many years ago who used to enjoy regular Benylin with Pernod. Not, I think, for any kind of psycoactive/off-yer-head type buzz, just the taste.
