If there is enough of a demand for BJJ classes at SanoVitae, our plan is to have another BJJ class on Sundays as well as on Fridays.

I think coolmine bjj have an open mat on Sunday, don't know what the turnout is like. Phoenix Judo used to have a session Sunday mornings too.

CBJJ open mat 2-4 in Coolmine Industrial Estate.

I don't know what the turn out is like either because it's our first Sunday Session and it's our one year Birthday tonight and we're going out celebrating pretty shortly lol...

The Sunday class can be bjj gi, no gi, MMA, boxing whatever you want. Check out www.coolminebjj.com for location map!

We have no training 2day as the kickboxing club are using the gym for grading. Back 2normal next Sunday. Open mat is whatever you want it to be. Luke will teach any technique you want for grappling/BJJ, Deano will do the same for striking or you can just roll with people in d gym
