So for a balance transfer of around €8000 what's the best Credit Card to switch to with a good Interest free period????

Looking at this site Moneyguideireland the options seem to be...(not sure about transfer limits yet....bloody smallprint)

    MBNA Platinum Card
    One Direct
    EBS

All 3 provided by MBNA, Terms and Conditions seem similar haven't dug into them yet though.

Any advice which to go for or experiences from anyone?

Over all best credit card for me is boi clear online card.

May not be the cheapest for a transfer but their service is by far the best than any other provider. Also cause it's online it's got the cheapest rate.

Most banks that do interest free take overs do not have good rates at the end of the intrductory offer. So just depends if you can clear it soon.

BOI and Ulster bank is where it's at already so it's not an option.

Those 3 are all issued by MBNA and all have exactly the same interest rates and fees etc. It is the same card - issued by different companies.
I would probably cut out the middleman and go direct to MBNA.

If this is your shortlist go with BOI on line card. There service for cc is far above any cc provider in the country.

I think they meant that they already have cc with BOI and Ulster.

How do you know that BOI are far above any other provider?
How can they be better - you spend your money , pay the bill - end of story. What can be better (apart from interest rates that only apply if you don't pay in full) ?
