Meteor Broadband to Go - E182 vs Hotspot?

Ok. I'm with Meteor Broadband to Go and currently have an E180 USB Modem (up to 7.2mbps). My contract is up 6 months at this stage and we are on a monthly rolling contract. The speed isn't amazing but it is sufficient for my needs. The only problem is the low monthly cap (10gb).

I've been looking around and I see that Meteor have a newer contract (30gb, possibly 50 according to some posts about it) while 3 now have a 60gb one (used be with 3 but left and slow to go back).

Have 3 improved their service? And what about Meteor? What is the speed of their Hotspot? I don't need the hotspot but it'd be handier than the usb modem(E182) if it supports similar speeds (up to 21mbps).

I'm slow to try the other networks as I know for a fact that both of those networks work where I need them to work. At home and at the holiday home.

I'd like to be able to download/upload a lot without constantly worrying about limits.

Any advice? I'm currently paying 19.99 and the 30gb Meteor is 24.99 while the 3 60gb is 29.99. And I'd like to improve on speeds, or at least stay the same, if the hotspot can provide it.
