Songs purchased on iPhone now lost??

    Quick question for the Apple boffs... I purchased a number of songs from iTunes direct to my iPhone... not being one to synch my phone regularly with iTunes I then had the misfortune to water damage my iPhone beyond repair...

    I received my new iPhone synched it up with iTunes but as you can guess the songs i purchased direct to my original iPhone are gone.... is there any way I can retreive them?

    Thanks for taking the time to read and any help will be much appreciated.

    Now you can thanks to the cloud. You can re download all previously purchased songs.

    On your iPhone goto iTunes, Purchased tab, then 'Not on this phone'

    No, ITunes in the Cloud is US only at the moment. Apple should still let you download them again though. I can't remember exactly how you request it. It's through iTunes though. I'm not at my computer to check.
