Castlegar Thai Boxing Club Galway will be holding a Fight Night in the Clayton Hotel Galway saturday July 16. Topping the bill is the ISKA Irish Muay Thai Welterweight Title fight between Martin Conroy (Castlegar Thai Boxing) and Paul Budden from Cork Thai.

Very enjoyable show, well done to all the fighters. Highlights for me were The Mountain Goat, Gary Walsh's fight and of course the title fight. Fair play to Martin Conroy, he looked like he was in incredible shape and set a hard pace for 5 rounds. Nice to see some spinning elbows too!
