opinions on this dress please - too short? :)

Hi everyone , I have a wedding coming up in a fortnight and was just looking for opinions on this dress. Just wondering in terms of weddings how short of a dress would be ok? I mean I know it's up to personal perference but how short is appropriate? I picked this dress up, it's not the same colour as the one on the link but same style. If you could watch the short video on the page because the length of the dress is actually more accurate in the video than the pictures. It's about the same length on me as it is on the model in the video, maybe a tiny bit shorter but no much. Any opinions would be great, thanks.

I've worn a shorter dress to a wedding.

Looks fine to me. But if you're not comfortable wearing it to the occasion then don't. You'll be uncomfortable all day.

yeah it's just that I'm quite tall so dress is about 3 maybe four inches above my knee

My friend had the same worry about this dress. On the hanger it looks incredibly short. She is quite tall so had thought it was too short for a wedding. But when she tried it on, it is not too short in my opinion. Its a beautiful dress.

That dress is fine, even 3 or 4 inches above the knee... I wore a dress about 3 inches above the knee to a wedding in December (with dark tights) and it didn't look short at all. And given that we're now in summer, a short dress is absolutely fine! Once you're comfortable in it, I'd say go for it!

god no it's definitely not too short.was at a wedding last week.all lengths and widths defoooooo not too short..lovely dress..can't go wrong with blue..if you've got legs get them out woman...before they're all blue with veins

Too short is when other guests can actually see your butt cheeks while your standing up straight.. lol have actually seen this!! and i would have asked her to leave it was my wedding lol
