    Hey folks, names Dan.
I am thinking about going for Medicine and only entry route available to me is Mature Entry.
As it stands at the moment I have a Leaving Cert which isnt great and with no science subjects, since I decided to go for Med I have:
Done my Biology and Chemistry LC as an External Candidate,
Done an EMT course (Emergency Medical Technology). Diploma.
Joined the Order of Malta and the Civil Defence and got my First Aid Certs in Occupataion First Aid, Emergency First Responder and Defib Training.

I have been in touch with RCSI and they tell me I have satisfied the requirements, pending the HPAT. I am wondering is there anything else I can do??
Particularly want to hear from people who have gone through the Mature Entry Process.
    Thanks guys!

    Hi there,

How did you get on with your application? Would love to know as you're experience appears to be substantial for mature entry
