Transfer music from ipod to mac

    hi, im looking to transfer music from my ipod touch to my gfriend mac because i dont have my laptop with me and want to do an upgrade on it... i have done a seach here and people are suggesting sharepod but i think this is only for pc... does anyone know of a way to transfer music across for free??

    I've used iphone Browser to transfer files from my iPhone twice. Easy to use, just google it.

    Thanks guys, Senuti wanted me to pay for the program, so i used iphone browser but when i download the music to the mac it all came up in folders F01 to F49 but the songs are all in the format SRDE.mp3, AFGT.mp3 etc so i dont know what any of the songs are is there a way to fix this???

    Theres a great utility on Windows that can do this, free called SharePOD, so if you have a bootcamp/virtual machine of Windows going this will do the job ;) Btw to find out the song name-artist name from the renamed MP3s look at the ID tags of them bloody Apple making everything awkward for no reason :rolleyes:
