Query about replacement battery

I'm looking to replace the battery on my laptop.

Found a site called hotbatterry.co.uk which gives three options:

One with a capacity of 2200mAh and a voltage of 14.8V, another with a capacity of 4400mAh and a voltage of 11.1V and the third has a capacity of 5200mAh and a voltage of 11.1V

My current battery is 2200mAh and 14.8V so it seems the first one is the correct choice.

However, I am curious about what effect the other two would have. Presumably, the bigger capacity would mean they would hold a charge longer but would they work as the voltage is lower?

Any guidance would be gratefully accepted.

The lower voltage can either make your laptop run a lot slower (if your laptop can handle the lower voltage) or it can fry your motherboard if the laptop can't handle the lower voltage. Unless you find somewhere on line that says it or someone you know has done it don't try to do it. The higher capacity would lead to a lot longer battery life but its not worth the risk.
