Insurance quotes online and windscreen claims

While obtaining quotes online from different insurance companies, there are always some assumptions to accept, and almost always that assumptions state that you didn't have any claims in last few years - which you have to accept it's true.

I didn't have any claims, except from 2 windscreen claims over last 2 years.

Can I still accept the assumptions, or does that claims disqualify me from obtaining policy online?

Are windscreen claims regarded as proper claims though? I know my NCB cert this year had a statement like 'claims made except windscreens = 0'.

You can have windscreen claims but still say you have no claims.....i think. :)

Tell them about the claims. Might not make any difference.

p.s. I'd be slightly suspicious as an underwriter.

That's the same what I was thinking, but as I can't find it written anywhere, I suppose I can't take it for granted.

But how can you tell anyone something while buying insurance online.
Seems like the recent windscreen claims are putting me off possibility to buy policy online.

    Suspicious about what?
