I have a chance to buy a new 2011 trek madone 4.5 compact (105 shimano) at a great price. I currently ride a 2.1 and i like the feel and geometry. I would upgrade the saddle to Selle Italia and the wheels to Mavic kysirium
Ill put it out to see if anybody here has any experience with this bike and feedback welcomed :)

    Compact again? You sure?

I got my 4.5 in febuary, absolutely love it.
I ride a 60 cm frame. Only downside is 105 compact which comes as standard which i have changed.

Its my first bike so don't take much heed of my comment!

I cover approx 300-400km per week on it.

Can I ask what price you are paying?

I think i may opt for full instead of C. what config do you use ?
