Lookin to do the BTW scheme soon, have a gud few accessories with my current bike at the moment so wouldn't be looking to spend any more than a max of 200 on them, maby a new pair of shorts, a jesery and a few small bits.

Soo .. that leaves me with between 800 - 850 approx to spend on the bike..

So any suggestions on what I can get for this money?

Was looking at a few around the shops but as a new cyclist ... .. wel u no the drill. ha ha

Anything u like or recommend for around this budget?

I'd spend as much money on a bike as you can to be honest.

    I take it you're commuting?

Just to avoid any misunderstanding here, "safety equipment" including reflective clothing, qualifies under the scheme. Normal jerseys and shorts do not

I will say it, and point out to everyone else that to qualify for the scheme you must intend using the bike mainly for commuting. If this is not your intention, you will be committing tax fraud. Boards is not a place where such activity should be encouraged
