Le Cheile 24 hour track run Sat18th

Just to let you all know Le Cheile Athletic club are hosting a 24hr run fundraiser this coming saturday starting at 10 am on their track in leixlip amenities centre and finishing on sunday at 10 am.There is a barbeque,kids sportsday and lots of other stuff happening.It will be started by Mark Pollock,all funds raised will go towards the club.Its not a race,but there will be someone continuosly on the track for the duration of the run. So if any one wants to do a few laps with good company or a midnight marathon ur are more than welcome as LeCheile well known for their Hospitality....

Thanks UM1. just to clarify, there will be activities on the track for the full 24 hours and we will be starting a marathon at midnight for anyone that's interested. Also opportunity to run through the night for anyone planning an endurance event. AAI permitted event.

I'm going to be running by your club tomorrow morning for my long run, so I might just drop in and run a few laps. At least it will break up the monotony of the run!
