I've mashed the back of my calf twice in the space of about 2 weeks. I've mashed the back of my calf twice in the space of about 2 weeks. First chain missed a gear and foot slipped off the pedal and it came around and smacked into the calf leaving a perfect outline of the pedal!!

Then today i was heading for work very early (5.30am) and what ever I did I dragged my calf off the pedal and shredded the back of my leg. If I keep going like this ill have to avoid doing anything more serious then commuting or ill be in bits!!

It appears your drive train is systematically attacking that hair on your legs in an attempt to remove it and make you more euro.
