I'm just finished second year psych studies - there's one Biological Psychology module in both first year and second year (second year was tough but doable), but biology pops up in other modules as well, so you do need to be clued in in the biological classes so you know what's being referred to.

In general I find it interesting so far. If you want to progress with it after your primary degree then you do need to really keep up with work and be interested enough to do some additional reading independently. Also, the better you get the hang of the statistics and research methods, the better you'll probably do in psychology overall. It's competitive, but overall it's worth it.

Having done biology for the leaving isn't necessary. I did do it but I may as well not have for all the use it was to me ;)

Thanks, that makes me feel better about doing it!! I thought i wouldn't be able for it at all, but i may just consider it now because i'm really interested in the behavioral and assessment part of it!
