    Hi.

    My 02 Seat Inca / Caddy 1.9 SDI

    I'm getting two fault codes in the engine:
    01283 Intake Manifold Flap Motor V157 - OPN/SHT to Ground
    C04A3 with no explanation.

    Does anyone know what these mean? I think the intake manifold could be a wiring issue, but I'm not sure where to look. Is it somewhere in Number 11?

    P.S. Is it worth blanking the EGR on this?

    You have a broken wire which you will have to follow the wiring.
    Check for the loom rubbing against something.
