    For Potato's.
Can you apply Dithane 945 by watering can? Or does it have to be sprayed on?

I only have a small hand sprayer so that's why i ask.

A watering can would not be as effective as a sprayer. Dithane targets the spores of blight which can be on the underside of the leaves too. The treatment would mostly run off the leaves if applied by can.
