    Thanks!

You don't need a TEFL course but it would be an advantage. All you need to teach in Korea is a degree of any sort and that is for the Visa. I would say that the more TEFL hours you have the better the job.

Do you want to teach and move around or teach in korea to save and then travel?

I don't know any places off hand but I wouldn't recommend doing an on-line course. I know that there is CELTA courses that run in Dublin, Cork and Belfast, ususally 2 weeks longish. They cost a bit more than standard TEFL courses but are the best to have as you get classroom experenice as part of the course.

4 weeks.. They're fine but very difficult and only for adults. A Tesol will teach you how to teach kids and is just as valuable almost everyone in the world.
