    Hi ive been unemployed now for 14 months. I was just wondering does anybody know if i could rent a taxi and keep some of my benefits for awhile.
    I hold a PSV licence and drove a taxi from 2001-2008 then i got a paye job but was let go as they couldnt afford to keep me.

    any info on the back to work allowance scheme(if theres still such a thing) would be great guys, and if it would be of benefit to a self employed taxi driver.
