Going into 2nd year science in September and was looking for advice on student accommodation (I don't want to rent a house). I was in Corrib Village this year, loved it! All the same though, I plan on working a bit harder this year so somewhere like that isn't an option. Haha. Anyway, I got offered a place in Gort na Corribe, but its a twin room and not a double like I wanted...so I'm having second thoughts. Whats it like, is it as crazy as Corrib Village? Also, what are the others (Amhra House, Centrepoint, Menlo Park, Dunaras etc.) like? I would rather be staying with other second years, so a place with a good number of them would be good.
