Custom Swords & Shields!

Simple enough question: Does anybody know of anywhere in Ireland or online where i could get a sword or shield custom made? My dad's 60th is coming up & it's always been a common interest with the two of us so it would go down well!! Any help is much appreciated, thanks!!

I have a german Rapier made by www.lutel.eu
