Sadly can't help on the suit question :/

I worked for BTs before, usually two interviews and the first is just going over your CV, why Brown Thomas, what do you think will expected you in the job, do know anything about the brand(s), customer service experience - pretty straight forward questions. I got asked about sales targets as well.

    Good Luck :)

Go into the shop and have a good look around, see what kind of clothes are in at the moment, check their website also, they might have a look book for the season's trends. If you get there and feel too formal in the suit, it's good to have a knowledge of the brand, so you can talk about it showing you understand the ethos of the brand.
