Just bought a no. 7 hot cloth cleanser and am loving it but find the muslin cloth with it very poor.

Anyone recommend muslin cloths and where to buy? Haven't seen them in boots before but haven't looked for them before

    thanks!

Tesco sell them in the baby section as far as I know.

I watched this guardian beauty video a while back and she recommends face cloths as opposed to muslin cloths.

The ones with Soap & Glory and Liz Earle are very good, not sure if you can get them separately (think Liz Earle is?). Eve Lom is best but I assume costs a fortune if even available separately. The No7 ones are dreadful, I resent wasting a voucher on them even though they were free!

Second Mothercare. You'll get a huge one that you can cut up for a few euros. I never buy No 7 or Boots ones because they're way too expensive for what you get.

You MAY get them in Tesco, but my local Tesco's not the best.

Eve Lom ones are very good quality. €14 for 3 of them. They have a pop up shop in Dundrum

I think you'll find that muslin is a type of fabric.

    What are Muslin clothes?

Thanks all. I will check out those suggestions. I was also thinking of using a face cloth instead so will try that too.

Muslin is most typically an unbleached or white cloth, produced from carded cotton yarn. Think it has many uses, I will be using it as a cleansing cloth to remove make up.

CBFi - thanks for that, am going to get some.

Re: facecloths - it depends on the facecloth. I have a great one from Muji that's really good, everything else (inc 'proper' linen brands like Christies) is a bit hard. Fantastic for the body tho, using a facecloth all over in the shower really makes a difference I think.

You can get 3 for a tenner in The Body Shop, I like those ones, but the one that comes with Liz Earle is my fave!

Go into any fabric shop, Hickeys would be best bet, you can get a load of muslim for a few euro

Yes I found that too about the cloth. When it was reviewed here, I ran out and bought it. :o Expecting it to be like a facial, but the cloth goes cold in seconds because it is too thin. Am definitely going to try a few other cloths.
