The passport application form obtained from post offices/garda stations has the incorrect information. It states 2 photos, yet on website it states 4 photos. Also I was told from post office to include a utility bill that isn't stated on either form or website.

This is probably causing a lot of the processing delays.

It is very simple to correct.

Only allow passport applications to be obtained by download from official website or by post. This way the forms are kept upto date.

For all we know, the forms could have been in the post office/garda station for months, even years.
