has anyone ever rented from Castle Estates? what are they like to deal with?

I haven't heard any good stories about them, dealt with them myself a few years back and they were a disaster.

Dealt with 7-10 years ago and i wouldn't say it was the best experience.

They were the first agency I dealt with when I moved back to Limerick and had to rent until I found a property to buy.

Kept me waiting ages for my deposit when i was renting in Woodview a few years back.

Despite phone calls, threshold, prtb etc Castle Estates simply refused to return the deposit.:mad:

The landlord returned the deposit and now he's bringing them to the small claims court.
