    Hi,

I have a laptop which is running extremely slow when i am on the internet. I have run system scans and defragmentors and this has helped a little. I was told the only other answer would be to restore the laptop to the factory settings. The problem i have with this is Itunes will be removed. I will have to reinstall it and when i do i will lose all the music i have on my iphone. Can anyone offer any suggestions as to what i can do or am i missing something with losing Itunes?

    Cheers

iTunes will be removed you will have to reinstall it and all you music will be gone. You can probably save everything to your iPhone if you have enough space and then transfer it back to the computer when your done. Or you could save all your music to an external USB hard drive. Then put it back on after the restore.
