Advice Needed - Ek clutch

    Car: eK4
    Engine: b16a

I need a clutch to support 190whp(at best) under boost so will make more torque than NA tune. While I have the clutch out id like to replace the flywheel with one from a type R.

Which Type R model flywheel will fit and is the lightest in the range?

Can I fit a Integra Type R clutch to support it or should I look at an after-market clutch. If so what clutch for daily with odd track day.

I'm looking for cost effective option. No problem paying for an after market clutch if needed.

Competition Organic clutch would do the job nicely. They also have a flywheel which weighs in around 4.9kg, I'll be running this clutch kit in my own build and should be in around the same power*

    *fingers crossed

    Thanks Gary.

Can I make the assumption from your post that an ITR clutch and flywheel are not up to task and i will need to move to an uprated non oem unit.

If so can you PM me a price on clutch and pressure plate or ill give you a bell at urban performance for a quote.

I'm unlikely to move on this for a month or so.

With that kind of power the standard item will start to show weakness. I'm currently running a stage 2 Exedy, my clutch wasn't up to the task in my own car and it went Christmas week, the only thing I could get in a hurry was an Exedy.

The standard ITR flywheel will be fine but if it was my car I'd spring for the Competition one

I'll PM you the price of the clutch and flywheel now
