    Hi all,
Anyone could tell me which of these places (Lahinch and Buldoran) have the best waves during July/August? I'd like to go the last week of July for a 1 week surf trip. Lahinch or Buldoran?
    Thank you all.

It doesn't work that way you can only check the weather say 7 days before you'll konw if it might be ok and as it gets closer you'll have a good idea say 3 days before, sometimes not till the day before.

If I had to make a call I'd say pack a tent and go where the waves are.

As the last poster said, you won't know until a few days before hand (36 to 48 hours IMO). If you have to lock something in, then the Bundoran area is more consistent.
