    Hi.
    We are looking for recommendations for good builders in Galway City who can work quickly and for a reasonable amount of money.
    We have a set amount that we can spend, and are looking at a renovation and extension to a house.
    Have been getting quotes in and are gobsmacked at the discrepancies - are there honestly people out there who have been asleep for the last three years and missed the whole economy-down-the-tubes thing?
    Anyway, recommendations much appreciated as we need to get cracking with this.
