    Hey,

I'm coming to Cork for a few days, and wondering if anyone can recommend some nice walks?

You'll have to have a stroll around The Lough, a lake that's a mile or so outside the City Centre that is a bird Sanctuary :)

The whole area around Páirc Uí Chaoibh is a favourite of mine for going running (but would be equally as nice for walks). You have the Marina there, Blackrock Castle, the walk along the estuary from the castle and the old railway line which stretches all the way from the Marina to Passage West.

If you're on the west side of the city, pay UCC a visit (lovely campus) and take a walk around Fitzgerald's park or head out along the Lee through the Lee Fields.
