Looking for an old documentary about race differences

I remember some time ago (late 1990's? but could be later) seeing a multi-part documentary on a UK channel- I think BBC but could be Channel 4- about biological differences in races. It explored why blacks tend to hold the running speed records, going to some small village in Africa that has several World Record holders; why Asians can't hold their liquor (something to do with back when water tended to be bad, they'd drink boiled water/ tea, whereas Europeans drank weak ale, leading to a biologically higher tolerance for alcohol), various food allergies more common in some races than others and why that is- all kinds of things.

Sorry for being so vague! Does anyone know the documentary I am talking about?
I would love to watch it again, is it available online or on DVD (online and watchable in the USA- where I currently live- prefered)?
