Hi I have an opel corsa 2011, i only bought it in April.
In the last week I noticed a small dent on the drivers side of my car, maybe half the size of a golfball.
I really dont know how it happened, maybe a stone hit it?Anyway a small part of the paint is missing metallic finish).
If I brought it Back to the garage where I bought it does anyone know how much around it would cost to remove dent and respray the area.
My car is under warranty for 3 years but obviously this wouldnt be covered under it.
Just looking for any info on cost etc. as I don't know very much about car repairs, thanks

Don't bring it to the garage you bought it.Try possibly a smart repair or any good crash repair place.

Your car could be a day old or 21 years old. Dents can happen to anybody.

The Garage will charge you through the nose irrespective of age of the car.

If the paint is broken, you're looking at 200-350e to get the whole panel redone by a panel beater.

Stay away from the dealer. The body shops have all the paint codes so it'll be perfect.

Post a pic for PaintDoctor, maybe he can do something for you.

Good few threads on here about this:

Just to clarify and update, I've been in touch with the OP. I'm in Cork, so there's not much I could do, but I've put her onto a place in Dublin which might be able to help.
