Hi i rarely gamble but like looking at the odds just out of interest. In the El Salvador v Cuba match. El Salvador -1 are 10/11 on paddypower. And on betpack cuba + 2 are 5/4. That would be over 100% profit if you backed both! Does this happen often?

well it would be a small profit, but not 100%!!

However, any profit is good profit, and no...it doesnt happen too often.

the win here would be 3.31 for every 100 euro staked.

Thanks, i looked it up and its called Arbitrage betting. This particular bet would have a 3.14% profit. Which might be worth it if you had a load in the bank. But you would have to check the maximum betting limits on both sites. Interesting though!

Edit: Paddypower changed the odds to 5/6 now and its 23/20 on betpack. Maybe someone copped on.

any surebets will quickly be snapped up by bots (automated betting software), and the prices banged into line.
