Expansion joints for wall

    I am building wall 36m x 2.7m x .225m mass concrete with 16mm rebar at .4m centres,do i need put in expansion joints?

    36m long? Yes.

    I won't (and can't) go into detail really on the how's and why's...don't know what the wall is for or what it's doing. But if it's that long then yes, you should consider joints and you should ask the advice of your builder/engineer.
