Do shops accept the 3DS as a trade in?

Basically money is low and I need to scrap some up ASAP! Do shops take the 3DS as a trade in? I have never traded a console before so thanks in advance

I can't see any reason why they would not. They accept the PS2, PSP and DS for trade in for cash so I'd imagine they'd certainly do the same with the 3DS.

A word of advice:shop around. You'd be surprised at the differences. I heard some pretty good things about Xtravisions trade in prices.
