My Mom (Medical Card holder over 70) bit into toffee this afternoon and her tooth fell out. Would any related dental work be included in Medical Card coverage?

See sticky here for medical card coverage.

Thanks for link; however, how do dentists differentiate between covered "emergency" fillings and noncovered "cosmetic"? Mom was seen by dentist taking medical card. Replaced tooth and found filling she needed. Charged for both.

Should the filling be covered as No. 1 for the year? If so, I'll go in with bill and up-to-date coverage info.
