Dependant's Pension Allowance

Hi.
Can anybody help.

A 66 year old man currently getting a Full Contributory Pension, wants to claim his wife as a dependant.

She is a 66 year old housewife with no income or pension.

She does have a share in some property.

What value of property can she own, in her own name, before it reflects on the amount of Dependant's Allowance she will get.

the spouse is means-tested to establish her entitlement. see below.
