Been noticing more lines around my eyes lately, any recommendations on a good eye cream to invest in? I'm on a budget though so nothing too expensive if possible, thanks.

I'm 31 and (fortunately) don't have any lines around my eyes yet, but I use this I suppose in the hope of preventing them. It's about €6 something in Superdrug

If you want something richer my mother uses Elizabeth Arden ceramide capsules. She finds them very good, but I found them a bit too oily for me, however she has dry skin anyway and mine is oily.

I use Clinques all about the eyes, its a bit pricey however, at around 30 quid, it does last for ages though

I use All About Eyes too. I don't know that it makes a huge difference but I figure it's more preventative than anything else (at least, that's what I tell myself to justify buying it...). Eye creams always seem a bit of a waste to me - do they really do that much more than your regular moisturiser can do? - but I'm paranoid about not getting lines around my eyes so I've been using one for a few years and it seems to be having a good long-term effect. Also I buy it online so it's a fair bit cheaper than in the shops.

If you're on a budget, the Garnier Eye Roll On is really good. It's more for making your eyes look less puffy/tired in the morning rather than a long-term anti-lines moisturiser but definitely worth a look.
