Looking for either male or female for single room in Maynooth

House is a three storey located in Griffin Rath Hall.
All mod cons including high speed internet
GFCH
Dishwasher
Washing Machine/Tumble Dryer
Lease of 6 months with an option to renew.

Would be living with two guys and two girls, and sharing a bathroom with one other girl, as all the others are ensuite.

Room is 210 all year round, not just for the summer, although we are looking for someone mature and tidy, students obviously welcome! Room itself could be described as a box room, but is larger than standard. PM for details!
