Someone was telling me about this documentary where they try to find the best steak in the world (type of cow, cut, how to cook it etc) any chance anyone knows the name of it?

Yea, reminds me of a programme Heston Blumentahl did. He went looking for the best meat etc. but with Heson being Heston he went the one step further by investigating the bes mehod of cooking it. I think I remember him cooking it for 24hours or something ridiculous, but sure that is the scienist in him coming out...
